You are invited to experience the restorative Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, otherwise known as "Forest Bathing" or "Forest Therapy" on the beautiful trails at the Preserve.Discover the benefits of this nature-based mindfulness practice and enjoy a cup of tea at the conclusion of a collective wander out in the more-than-human world.
Walking distance is less than a mile with slight inclines. There will be periodic breaks for sitting. Please come prepared to spend time in the outdoors with an easy to carry camp chair or stool and what you need to feel comfortable outside.
