  • Intro to ID โ€“ Get hands-on tips for identifying common fungi and lichen in our region.

  • Spore Prints โ€“ Try your hand at making a spore print to take home.
  • Community Connection โ€“ Share the experience with fellow folks who love exploring nature.

No prior knowledge is requiredโ€”just bring your curiosity and a willingness to explore together.

About EarthLab:
At EarthLab, we see the growing disconnect between people and nature as the greatest barrier to addressing environmental challenges. How can we protect what we donโ€™t know, appreciate, or care for? We believe that connecting with the earth is the key to building meaningful lives and resilient communities in a time of environmental crisis. Exploring and getting to know our local ecology is the first step toward bridging this divide. Our mission is to foster this eco-literacy through immersive environmental education experiences for all. Learn more at earthlabva.org.
