About this Event
The closer we get to nature, the louder we hear her voice. She can teach us how to get in balance, how to read and understand our bodies, and how to live in sync with the natural rhythms.
Join us for a morning in sisterhood sharing cacao and receiving the healing vibrations of sound.
Once we sit on her ground and touch the earth with our bare hands and feet, her energy can run through us freely–clearing our minds and letting us feel our bodies as the nature they are.
In a women's circle, we have the opportunity to reconnect to our essence by dropping the layers of conditioning. Through different practices, we will connect to our bodies, emotions, and energy. A space to be real without any fear of judgment while being held in sisterhood.
Sacred cacao, a gift of Mother Earth, will help us to land deeper in our hearts. Supporting us in reawakening our feminine energy by activating the wisdom that we hold in the cells of our bodies.
You will be guided on a trance journey to connect with the spirit of cacao. Accompanied by the dreamy sound of Tibetan singing bowls, we will finish with a deep relaxation that leaves you nourished and relaxed.
Join us being held by the earth, surrounded by trees with a view on the lake.

We will meet in the forest by the lake Krumme Lanke to allow everyone to spend the rest of the day by the water. The exact location will be shared after sign up.

Your facilitators
Jil is a Hypnosis Coach, ceremonialist and Breathwork facilitator from Berlin. She offers spaces of transformation in one-on-one and group settings that allow one to drop deeper into one's essence.
Sian is a Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer, and Holistic Health Coach living in Berlin. She offers spaces to slow down and reconnect, inspiring one to honor oneself and follow a path that feels deeply meaningful.
They both offer women's circles as a space of connection and authenticity. These circles are influenced by their own experience and practices that help you to land deeper within yourself and align with your female, cyclic nature.
