About this Event
The Forest Gate Festival is an annual summer celebration of the best in our community. Organised by local volunteers, it brings together the huge range of organisations, groups, artists, performers and entrepreneurs that help shape this vibrant neighbourhood.
For the big 22nd birthday celebration we are looking to host a festival that includes a wide range of stalls including artists, creators & makers, street food & drink providers, and locals who would like to run workshops on the day.
We have a limited number of places for stalls in the following categories :
Face Painting • Workshops • Cold Drinks (non-alcoholic)• Coffee/Tea • Hot Food/Street Food • Baked Goods • Preserves • Fresh Produce • Clothing • Jewellery • Homemade Ceramics and Homeware• Antique and Vintage Homeware • Bric a Brac • Plants & Pots • Bespoke Gifts • Craft • Music • Art and Design • Health & Beauty • Informational/Charity.

The Festival is about celebrating the people, talent, culture and the wonderful diversity of Forest Gate. Osborne Road is closed to traffic for the day and filled with craft stalls, food, street entertainment, drumming, dancing, hula-hooping and hundreds of people, young and old, having fun.
This year there will be a prize for Best Dressed Stall sponsored by Molly & Bill Stevens!
Stalls include ground space only - you must supply your own table, and if you need it your own gazebo/power & equipment.
Max pitch size is 3x3 metres. Stalls will sit on the pavement; overhang to the road (over curb) is allowed up to 3m of your pitch space, if required.
For any food and drink applicants, you must be able to demonstrate proof of Public Liability Insurance & all relevant licences & hygiene certificates. Please note your details will be shared with the local authorities.
We have a limited number of spaces available and bookings for stalls close on Sunday 9th JUNE.
All proceeds from bookings go straight back into The Festival.
