Forest Dance Adelaide welcomes and encourages freedom and fun, with a serious undertone, acknowledging land, ceremony, culture, and conversing on the nature of being!
Guided by professionals in the domain of self-enquiry and holistic therapy, Forest Dance Adelaide also offers participants gentle guidance into deeper parts of the self, opening doorways within through guided movement before free dance!
