Together we travel, grounded from the earth, through our bodies, and up into sky; connecting intentionally and ritually with the Earth, to our Hearts and with each Other through song, dance and guided meditation.
Join us for either One, Two or Three performances featuring three incredible local artists, Earth Speaks Music (Friday February 20), Tom McGrath (Saturday February 21) and Georgia Astridge (Friday February 27).

We gather on very special land in the Adelaide Hills, 'The Farm for Wellbeing', run by the shamanic Joan and farmer Urs.
We are guided into this ceremonial journey by Lu Alexa, alongside Juliana Palmieri and Rachel Mason. These are three women who embody the reverence, service and devotion for space holding and ceremonial experiences, to guide guests through deeper parts of the self and safely express. These women have spent countless hours meditating, studying Yoga and understanding the emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies, in order to share and guide others safely through powerful experiences.

Forest Dance is an immersive, heart-opening and artistic experience — a sacred space for expression and exploration of the self. Come with an intention, something to release, and an open heart and mind.
Created for the curious, free-spirited, and lovers of nature, this experience invites you to awaken your body and soul.
No matter where we come from, song and dance are timeless languages that connect us all.
