Take this opportunity to dance, connect, and be inspired.Forest Dance is a growing series of gatherings where we explore movement as a way to deepen our connection with nature.
As we enter the forest Gard Lervang will guide us with various tasks based on forest bathing. A practice known to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and awaken the senses. Every tree, leaf, and birdsong becomes inspiration for movement as we listen deeply and allow the landscape to shape our expression.
Forest Dance is rooted in openness and acceptance. There are no right or wrong movements here. This is a space to let go of expectations and self-judgment, and simply be with your body, breath, and surroundings. Whether you move a lot or very little, your presence is enough. Let the forest hold you just as you are.
As the dance comes to a close, we’ll gather for some food and drinks. Bring some food for sharing (vegan) and a warm drink.
