
Relax your senses into the quiet of nature through an introduction to the seasonality of breath and the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku or Forest Bathing a natural practice of meditation in a forest setting. Enjoy tea and scones as you experience meditative breath work and learn about the health and mindful benefits of forest bathing in the beautiful Spa State Park. Event includes 20 minutes in the woods (on the forest floor) so participants are asked to wear closed toe shoes or boots socks and pants.
