Please join Amanda in an informative and fun discussion on the practice of Forest Bathing, or as the Japanese call it, "Shinrin-yoku." Forest Bathing is a wonderful nature practice that's freely offered to us by Mother Earth herself. During this hour, you will be learning about how Forest Bathing came to be from its beginnings in Japan, how it has evolved into a relational type of nature therapy, and learn about its current impact on the world today. We'll be discussing the many benefits that this practice has to offer in regards to our physical and emotional health, our mental state of being, and the social and spiritual aspects of our lives. Amanda will also be sharing ways that you can incorporate more nature elements in your own life for optimal healing and heart-centered living.
