Join Norris “The Fashionfly Forestbather” for this, free in-community Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, or mindfulness in a vetted spot. What is it? Immersing oneself in nature by mindfully using all five senses.
This event at Pease Park is open to all nature lovers—whether you are a first-timer or a seasoned forestbather.
