🌿 Forest Fusion: Forest Bathing & Sound Bath Immersion“A journey into stillness, nature, and sound.”
Step into 30 acres of peaceful woodland and experience deep relaxation through a blend of Shinrin-Yoku (Japanese forest bathing) and a restorative outdoor sound bath.
Guided by Lyndsey, you’ll be invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with nature through gentle mindfulness and sensory awareness.
The session will close with an immersive sound bath using crystal singing bowls, ocean drums, chimes, and nature’s own soundtrack — a truly grounding and rejuvenating experience beneath the trees.
PLEASE NOTE!
*all hearing aids to be removed before sound bath to avoid interference.
*Contraindications-
You should not attend sound bath (without written GP clearance) if you have/have had any of the following-
-heart conditions
-epilepsy
-serious mental health conditions
-metallic implants such as plates, pins, or pacemakers
-currently pregnant
*What to Bring-
An open mind! Warm clothes, yoga mat, blanket, pillow, really anything you need to lie comfortably for the session. Bring a water bottle as you may feel dehydrated as you begin to release tension and toxins.
