WHAT TO EXPECT:
Join us for a celebration of autumn delights during this restorative afternoon nature connection retreat! From fall foliage to the monarch migration, we will immerse ourselves in the kaleidoscope that is autumn in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Enlivening our senses, calming our weary minds, and lingering in liminality. Together, we will discover natural pathways to equilibrium that will help us navigate lifeβs ups and downs, as well as the upcoming holiday season.
Your guide, Kelly Bruce, will lead you on a colorful journey through the fall forest, weaving mindfulness, breathwork, forest bathing and nature therapy together for a restorative afternoon on some of the trails less traveled at the North Carolina Arboretum. We'll celebrate the experience in community, enjoying a special wild-foraged tea ceremony and snacks. Bring an open mind and an open heart. All are welcome.
Kelly Bruce is a writer, forest therapy guide and nature connection mentor based in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Her mission is to help others deepen their connection with nature, community and Self. Kelly is an Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Certified Guide and Certification Consultant.
