An invitation to slow right down and disconnect from our modern fast paced world following the Japanese Practice of Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing). We will 'meander' rather than walk, notice what we might ordinarily miss and reawaken our senses to explore what we find. Traveling no more than 2km, we will also pause to savour a hot drink and a nourishing home made bake along the way 🙂Autumn is a wonderful time to let go and restore balance after the high energy of the summer - you'd be so welcome to join me in this gorgeous ancient woodland
Please note that the group size will be limited to 8 so booking ahead is required. Drop me (Lizzy) a message or an e-mail at [email protected]
£22.50 per person (if more than one person from one household, a discount is offered)
If you'd like to find out more (including the origins of forest bathing, its benefits, what a walk involves, testimonials etc) then please go to tula-therapy.co.uk . Or, of course, get in touch directly with me with any specific questions
