Join us on our Launch Day for a Forest Bathing session in Wash Common, Newbury.Forest bathing/forest therapy is a practice of being immersed in the sights, sounds and smells of the Forest, it involves slow mindful and sensory communication with nature alongside the support of a trained practitioner.
Its aim is to use the power of nature to help the mental, physical and emotional wellbeing of those attending.
(Our morning Forest session will involve a photographer being present for 20 minutes to take photos for marketing purposes).
Wear comfortable layers of clothing. A drink and snack will be provided.
