Step into the new year by taking some time out to connect with nature following the Japanese Practice of Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing).** Why now? **
There’s a wonderful sense of quiet in the woods in January that can help us to find a deep sense of calm. Whilst the trees are stripped bare, you may be surprised at the beauty you’ll find in the moss, lichen and patterns around us 💛🌿
** What to expect **
We will 'meander' rather than walk, notice what we might ordinarily miss and reawaken our senses to explore what we find. Traveling no more than 2km, we will also pause to savour a hot drink and a nourishing home made bake along the way 🙂
** How to book **
Contact Lizzy to book or for any other questions. Comment below or send a message via messenger, e-mail or phone :-)
