Forest Bathing Event on Mother's Day! Return to Simple Practices and Reconnect to your True Nature.
Connect with others on this guided walk in the forest. Shannon will guide a meditation & visualization, as well as a gentle stretch/yoga. Time permitting we will create a group mandala, sending our intentions out into the cosmos. Optional opportunity for barefoot walking or cold plunging. Hot tea provided.
