Go forest bathing among the colorful and deliciously-scented Jessie’s Tropical Fruit Farm in Naples. During this sensory-based wellness program, discover the colors, textures and tastes from some of 1,500 plants and more than 70 varieties that include dragon fruit, passionfruit, banana, mango, soursop, lychee, star apple and Barbados cherry.
The practice of forest bathing, aka shinrin-yoku, began in the 1980s in Japan and has proven physical and mental health benefits. This event is led by a Certified Forest Bathing Guide trained by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy.
The farm is closed to the public during the forest bathing program, providing a private experience. Shop the farm’s fruit, jams, soaps and plants afterward. The program fee includes a Jessie's Tropical Fruit Farm tote bag and a lemongrass plant.
