When we immerse ourselves in the forest atmosphere, engaging all of our senses, we can allow nature to help us feel less stressed, reduce anxiety and boost wellbeing.
This gently guided session lasts 2 hours is entirely outdoors in the forest and includes guided meditation (accessible to all, no experience necessary) some walking at a slow and mindful pace, guided sensory practices, a forest tea and a small snack.
Parking at High Lodge is discounted for this event to just £3 and is valid all day.
If you wish, you could also book a sound bath for the afternoon on the same day. The sound bath is bookable separately and takes place indoors in the cosy and warm Oak Lodge, nestled in the forest at High Lodge between 1:30 and 2:30pm.
These sessions run in all weathers except storms and high winds.
