Relax, and breath...
During a forest bathing session, we slow down and, through an evolving series of sensory-focused invitations, mindfully interact with the world around us. Your guide holds space for every person to arrive at their unique relationship with the Earth while offering opportunities to witness our shared connections with the Earth as human people. We close the two hour experience with tea brewed from native plants and light healthy snacks.
This class is limited to 20 attendees. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session. A significant portion of this class is held outside, so attendees should dress for the weather. Classes may be rescheduled in the event of bad weather
