We will gather amongst our allies in nature to release, cleanse, and plant the seeds of things that we truly want to take root in our lives.In this Sylvotherapy session we will:
• Explore what no longer serves us so that we can let go as we walk through and commune with the forest (journaling and hiking)
• Invite our angelic ministers to come and bring awareness to our purpose and to the areas in our life that need healing (journaling and sharing)
• Explore child like play (fun activities and snacks)
• Sweep clean our minds and bodies with a burning ceremony and cleansing hammock sound bath, both a gift to you and to the forest (using intention, incense and frequency to cleanse and release)
BRING: Hammock or yoga mat/comfy spot to lay down/pillows/blankets anything that makes you comfortable, bug spray if desired, camping gear if camping overnight, a journal and pen.
