Guided Forest Bathing session ~ sauna ~ shared lunch.
A rejuvenating day of nature connection. Immerse yourself in the calming practice of forest bathing, allowing the sights, sounds, and scents of the forest to relax your mind and body. Afterward, unwind in a cozy sauna session to further detoxify and de-stress.
The Stanmer Park Sauna offers a nature-based wellbeing experience with a traditional wood-fired sauna using herbs, botanicals and other traditional sauna rituals to support and nurture us.
The Forest Bathing session will be run by Mark Reeves
The sauna session will be held by Bella Kirkus
Times: 10am – 3.30pm
Cost: £50 (A light lunch of soup is included)
