Volunteers needed….I am delivering walks in September and October, the last element of me achieving my forest bathing and nature therapy, (accredited )Qualification.
I need 4 -6 people per walk which will be in different locations but the dates here are POTENTIALS for Pitmuies Gardens (DD8)
September;
14,19,24,28th.
This is a 3 hour workshop where you reconnect with nature, it is a mindful sensory experience, you will need a yoga mat/ or something to sit or lie on.
