The Japanese art of Forest Bathing (shinrin yoku) is a restorative and healing mindfulness practice that restores the weary soul from the usual calamities of modern day life. It is a therapeutic way to take an escape and reconnect back with Mother Nature and everything that matters most. So grab your towel (we might go for a splash, too) and join us for a soothing guided nature walk to calm our senses, restore our whole being and bring us back to a grounded place.
The idea behind this experience is to combine basic needs of relaxation and connection: bonding both with nature and people around us; besides, we’ll get the chance to draw the focus on what’s alive inside of us.
Consequently, the list of activities will shuttle between various authentic relating games (in order to connect us with one another on a deeper level) and mindful exercises aiming to slow down a possibly restless mind.
The program is designed to allow its participants to build connections amongst each other and within themselves. Thus, there will be ample time-outs to either make some possible new friends or otherwise break loose from the group and find rest in solitude if you desire so. A decent catering (consisting of snacks and both hot and cold beverages) will be provided.
