Join us for a restorative Forest Bathing experience and a transformative Sound Journey deep in the woodland We are excited to share a nurturing mini retreat with you, weaving together the healing powers of nature and sound to help you open the doors to healing and self-connection.
Here what you can expect:
🌳 Forest Bathing
We will wander into the forest and find a quiet spot under trees. You will be guided through an embodied awareness meditation to help you connect with your senses and check in with your body. Then, through a series of mindful invitations and a gentle exploration of the forest you will find stillness in the present moment, reawaken your senses and perhaps notice a sense of joy and wonder as you experience the healing power of nature
🌳 Sound bathing journey
Natasha from UNY Soundbaths will then guide us through a beautiful sound bathing journey as we ground to Mother Earth. The medicine of sound will ignite your inner flame and open your heart space as we prepare for the expansive energy of Summer
You can also expect a more personal experience, with 1-1 sound medicine interactions using singing bowls, drums and rattles to connect you to the dynamic and energetic element of fire. Experiencing all of this under the protection of the trees and fully immersed in nature!
🌳 Heart- opening cacao
Experience nature’s healing medicine with a heart-opening cacao as you connect with your intentions for the Summer Season
🌳 Homemade cake and conversation
Share cake and conversation with a community of wild ones (picnic style!)
I know there has already been a ton of interest for this one – Can you imagine connecting deeply with nature and then being guided on a sound journey under the trees, with the sounds of the gongs, drums and bowls mingling with the sounds of the birds and wind? Just wow!
