Join Mackenzie Rawls, one of our very own Daya teachers, for a 90 minute forearm stand (pincha mayurasana) workshop. Come warm up, move through sequencing built to prepare you to access the muscles and posture you need to succeed.
Have you ever found yourself in a class wanting to tries this pose but have no basis or opportunity to ask questions or have it broken down? Look no further - In this class, you will not only receive one on one help on your pincha, you will also go through sequencing laying the foundation towards forearm stand and drills that you’ll also that you can take with you for future practice at home.
