20 championships, including women's, men's & rookies' Timbersports, sheep shearing, sheepdog trials and coal shovelling, Highland' heavies', fencing, tree climbing, forestry golden loader, egg catch & throw, plus heaps of opportunities to have-a-go at axe-throwing, gumboot throwing, egg roulette, hay stacking & cow pat tossing.The weekend starts on Friday at 9am with the Agri Futures Clash of the Colleges & Timbersports running through until 4pm.
Saturday and Sunday 9am-4:30pm feature all the other sports plus special events for kids – tree climbing, self-drive diggers, miniature pony kart rides - plus Kids n Country activities between 10 and 4 p.m.
What you need to know:
• Free entry!
• There'll be heaps of food trucks, so bring some $.
• Free reserved accessibility parking on the Square-side of the library corner, accessibility toilets and relaxation zone.
