Kia ora beautiful ones, I'm organizing a big teaching foraging and growing Natural Intelligence (NI:) Tour. Foraging and Growing workshops around New Zealand from 8 Jan until 8 Feb 2025As last year I'm going sustainably from Christchurch to Whangarei to see a friend and back to Chch, hoping to contribute for the world to possibly be a better place.

FORAGING WORKSHOP PART 1 Wholesome introduction to foraging
Deep dive into the understanding of plants.
Starting with the Asteracea family of plants we explore several more families during this workshop.
FORAGING WORKSHOP PART 2
Continuation of the part 1
This time we start with the Brassica family and continue to explore several more plant families and unusual fruit.
SUN DRYING WORKSHOP
Ancient, zero waste and cost way to preserve your own fruit and veg: tomatoes, apricots, peaches, pears, apples, zucchini etc
All workshops are 3 hour long
Hands on, unique, fun and very informative. Lots to learn.
Please bring a healthy food platter for a Potluck after every workshop to keep us all going.
Looking for a host in Blenheim or nearby who could open their garden for the workshops or a recommendation of a park, community garden or any space you think might be good for learning foraging.
20$pp per workshop, children, hosts and their families: free.
Min 10 people for the workshop to proceed.
