About this Event
Join experienced forager and biologist Luke Eckstein for an engaging introduction to safely enjoying the wild foods around us. Learn how to identify native and non-native plants and fungi, understand their seasons, and forage responsibly and sustainably. Luke will cover safety, plant and fungal parts, simple recipes, and the many benefits of wild food - from nutrition to traditional uses like medicine, dyes, and fibre.
