Which weeds are edible? Which parts are edible--root, leaf, stem, flower, seed pod? Are they edible raw or cooked? What do they taste like? Which are medicinal? And . . . which are toxic?
You'll learn to identify common mallow, sow thistle, goosefoot, and cheeseweed. All European imports that have been found abundantly in North America for hundreds of years.
