About this Event
Liz Knight is a foraging teacher and author from the Black Mountains. She specialises in teaching people about how to turn abundantly available wild and ornamental plants into delicious, seasonal and nutritionous food & drinks.
Liz's first book Forage was released in 2021 and is sold across the world. Her next books Buds and Blossoms; featuring ornamental edible plants is being released in April, and Wild Drinks - a guide for foraging for and making ferments, infusions and tonics in October.
This course is hosted by The Frome Society at Canon Frome Court and will include a delicious selection of tea and homemade cakes and a seasonal vegetarian lunch, featuring foraged foods and produce from our beautiful walled garden.
