About this Event
Join us for a free guided hike with Dave Odd of Odd Produce! As we walk, Dave will discuss how to responsibly forage common woodland mushrooms, fruits, and nuts that can be used as food and medicine.
We will not be eating any of the foraging finds on this hike. Please come prepared to sign our waiver and take notes!
Registration is required to attend this free program. Limit of 35 participants per hike. Two time slots are available for this program. Please only register for one time slot.
Mushrooms, fruits, and nuts may be gathered for non-commercial purposes at FPWC sites. Those who forage at FPWC sites assume all risk and liability.
Dave Odd established Odd Produce in 2009 after a lifelong fascination with foraging, and has been conducting foraging tours since 2010. Dave guarantees participants will learn at least 50 different edible/medicinal wild plants or mushrooms on each foraging tour he leads.
