Join IYE foraging guides Katie and Luke for a walk in the woods and learn about the tasty wild foods that you can harvest in March! 🌱During this class we'll be focusing on late winter/early spring wild foods that you can find as the world begins to thaw.
You'll learn how to identify wild foods, what to use them for and how to prepare them, where to find them and more.
The late winter world may look sparse, but there is always something to find! We may discuss wild greens, mushrooms, seeds and more.
We hope you'll grab a jacket and join us in seeing what the forest has to share!
All ages are welcome. No experience in the outdoors is necessary.
Classes tend to fill early. Sign up soon if you'd like to join!
