About this Event
Enjoy a morning of foraging as well as creating a simple tincture with Master Herbalist Julie Bruton-Seal and her husband Matthew Seal. Learn about the delights of edible and medicinal plants that can be found in the hedgerows and woods of Kettlestone House in the Autumn.
Seasonal food wil be served in The Nest at lunchtime, much of it sourced from The Nurture Project's walled kitchen garden.
The day will finish with a Q&A led by Julie and Matthew. A handout will also be available detailing Autumn foraged plants that can be used in cooking and /or for medicinal purposes.

Since the 1970s Matthew has worked as an editor and writer in books, magazines and newspapers, in both the UK and South Africa.
