This workshop is perfect for beginners, nature lovers, and curious eaters who want to reconnect with the land in a meaningful (and delicious!) way.
Together, we’ll walk the field and fencerows, learning to identify common “weeds” that are actually edible and nutrient-rich—many of which you probably step over every day. You’ll taste, smell, and explore a variety of safe-to-sample plants, and we’ll wrap up by creating a simple, fresh salad from the wild greens we find.

Basic foraging do’s and don’ts (ethics & safety)
How to prepare and enjoy wild greens at home
