For your healthy selves
Welcome to our online event focused on thinking about your health in terms of what you eat, what you do for exercise and staying active, and for improving your sleep.
These introductory sessions will be held on Microsoft Teams and as a small group of three. There will be a 15 minute call ahead of the group session to make sure you are set up right and know what to expect.
These sessions are run by a trainee Health Psychologist, Rupa, who is supervised by a registered Health Psychologist in England, UK.
