About this Event
Join us to honor our Abuelita’s, whether biological or chosen, with food, films and ceremony. We will gather to share stories of our beloved elders, build a collective altar to honor them, and watch films by local filmmakers who share stories of their Abuelos. This will be a bilingual event in Spanish and English, families of all ages are encouraged to attend.

Parking lot available on site, additional parking available on the street.
Masks not required, but encouraged.
Tamales and pan dulce available for all attendees while supplies last!
Online registration will close May 10. Walk-in registration at the event will be available if there is space.

6:15–6:30 PM - Activity for Families
6:30–7:00 PM - Spoken word / Story share
7:00–7:15 PM - Break - share food
7:15–7:45 PM - Film Screening
7:45–8:00 PM - Closing circle / Prayer / Thank you
