Jump into a full weekend of contact improvisation fun! For the Love of Contact will be full of jams with sweet warm-ups, live music jams, an underscore, a few classes, open floor time, and cozy meal breaks. All levels of experience welcome.
It is sure to be a love-filled, flowing, nourishing time! Relaxed atmosphere to fill our hearts, dive deep, play hard, connect with other like-hearted humans and take restful breaks to refill ourselves in all the ways.
Contact improvisation is a beautiful embodiment art that encourages you to live fully, care deeply for yourself and others, play and find the movement that builds your inner and outter worlds.
