For the Love of Contact will be full of locally taught classes, jams, connection, dance and play! All levels of experience welcome.
It is sure to be a love-filled, flowing, nourishing time! Relaxed atmosphere to fill our hearts, dive deep, play hard, connect with other like-hearted humans and take restful moments to refill ourselves in all the ways.
Contact improvisation is a beautiful embodiment art that encourages you to live fully, care deeply for yourself and others, play and find the movement that builds your inner and outter worlds.
