United Colours Education Center (UCEC), a local nonprofit 501(c)(3) invites you to a celebration For the Love of Children Juneteenth Festival. Come out and join us on Saturday, June 17th at Garden Villas Park, 6720 S. Haywood Dr., Houston, TX 77061. This special event will bring together community leaders, families, and our exceptional children. UCEC and its partners will provide resources and access to educational support and advocacy. United Colours Education Center (UCEC) is excited to invite you to be a part of our Juneteenth celebration, For The Love of Children Festival at Garden Villa Community Center, 6720 S Haywood, Houston, TX 77061 on Saturday, June 17, 2023, from 10am-4pm.
The festival’s purpose celebrates the emancipation of formerly enslaved people and their triumph over adversity. It is also an opportunity to provide awareness of UCEC’s commitment to offering tutoring and other services to children in marginalized and under-resourced areas. We are an organization that advocates in the interest of children’s well-being. Partnering with like-minded education groups and individuals, we’ve offered these services to more than 200 students and are hoping to double that number this year.
We are bringing businesses and organizations to families together with, community organizations and individuals who provide products and services in support of children.
UCEC will host organizations and individuals who offer support to the Southeast community with products and services to strengthen the needs of children. If your organization is interested, spaces are available for vendors to apply.

Vendors who register will be offered a 50% discount (excludes food truck vendors). This offer is extended through 11:59 p.m. May 23, 2023 (promotional period). Please call 281-382-2463 for registration details.
As an exhibitor/vendor, although, not required; we ask that you supply a single prize for the various door prizes that will be handed out throughout the event. Or you can donate to our Silent Auction.
As a benefit of being a vendor at the “FOR THE LOVE OF CHILDREN FESTIVAL,” you will be listed on the UCEC website, its event guide, and all media advertisement/promotion pieces.
