As the season turns, we are invited to slow down, release, and open to renewal. Join us for a special For-Rest gathering beneath the trees, breathing in the cool, crisp fall air as we honor autumn’s arrival.
This morning experience will include:
✨ Gentle Vinyasa Yoga to awaken and ground the body
✨ Yoga Nidra for deep rest and inner stillness
✨ Crystal Harp Sound Bath to soothe the heart and spirit
✨ Forest Bathing to reconnect with nature’s rhythm
Together, we’ll weave movement, stillness, sound, and nature into a ritual of restoration—welcoming the wisdom of the changing season.

Intuitive dream guide, sound healer, and sacred rest facilitator. Chelsea holds space for deep listening and transformation through dreams, sound, and soulful presence. She weaves together crystal harp and rest practices to guide you home to yourself.
✨ Kelly Konopliv | Vibe & Thrive Yoga
Yoga, fitness, & Ayurveda teacher offering group classes, private sessions, events, workshops, and holistic health coaching. Kelly’s motto: Let me coach you to find your VIBE and THRIVE! A hiker and adventurer extraordinaire, Kelly always knows the best hidden nature spots — and brings the spark of aliveness to every journey.
WHAT TO BRING:
Please be mindful we’ll be outside and walking to the park. Bring anything that helps you feel supported:
• Yoga mat, blanket, for resting
• Extra layers, cozy socks, bug spray, and sun protection
• Comfortable walking shoes
• A small backpack or bag to carry your things
• Water Bottle
• Journal (optional)
• Your presence, breath, and a willingness to soften
