About this Event
We’re offering a unique opportunity to photograph an NCAA Division III college football game – Case Western Reserve University vs. Grove City College – from the sidelines!
This hands-on experience lets you capture the full atmosphere of game day — from pregame warm-ups, cheerleaders, and the marching band to the intensity of in-game action. You’ll have access to designated photo spots along the field, sidelines, and end zone, with professional photographers on site to guide you on settings, anticipation, and shooting techniques.
Participants should have a solid understanding of manual camera settings and bring appropriate gear. Recommended lenses include 70–200mm, 300mm, 400mm, or zooms in the 100–500mm range. Wide-angle lenses are also great for capturing the band, crowd, and overall energy of the game.
Your ticket includes:
• Entry into the stadium
• One-on-one guidance from a professional sports photographer, Tim Phillis
• Dedicated photo spots along the sidelines and end zone
• Real-time support for camera settings, composition, and capturing the action
This is a daytime, outdoor event held rain or shine — please dress for fall weather and bring your own gear.
Participants will:
✅ Photograph live NCAA football from the sidelines
✅ Learn sports and football photography techniques
✅ Get real-time settings and shooting tips
✅ Build a dynamic sports portfolio
Spots are very limited due to NCAA regulations, so early registration is highly encouraged! We anticipate this event will sell out fast.
