Join Pixel Connection and Tim Phillis and photograph an NCAA Division 3 college football game from the sidelines as the Case Western Reserve University football team kicks off against Washington and Jefferson University at 1:00pm!
Photographers will get the opportunity to come to a college football game and capture the pregame festivities, warm-ups, cheerleaders, the band and fans. Participants will then get to photograph the game from the field / sidelines and end zone. There will be designated spots for the photographers as well as professionals on site to help with settings as well as spotting plays.
Participants should have a good grasp on manual settings in your DSLR. Zoom lenses and longer telephoto lenses are a must.

Recommended lenses are
- 70-200
- 300 mm
- 400 mm
- or a zoom between the 100 and 500 range
Wide lenses also offer a unique perspective while band, cheerleading and game action. This is a day game so F-stop and light is not as important but one should make sure they still have a fast and supporting lens and camera body.
Participants are responsible for their own gear, providing their own potential fall weather clothing as this event will go on rain or shine.
This event is expected to sell out as the baseball workshops have as well. We will limit the number of participants due to NCAA requirements so an early sign up is recommended.
