About this Event

Join Compass Point home of Dirty Girl Adventures for an after work hike on APRIL FOOLS' DAY! It's a GREAT way to end your work day or start your hiking practice! Join us on the trails at Kaw River State Park to celebrate April Fools' Day. This day is FUN and we want to enjoy one of our favorite things with YOU! We will enjoy a 3ish mile hike to kick off spring hiking season and to Celebrate April Fools' Day! We will hike at Kaw River State Park for approximately 3 miles. These trails are GREAT and will allow us the opportunity to see plenty of nature and to connect with each other as we enjoy an evening in nature! Don't be FOOLISH! Take a HIKE on 4/1/2025 - we know you're not a fool! :D

This hike is open to all people and to Dirty Dogs who are leashed for the duration of the event.

Bring/Wear: Watch the weather - dress in layers, water, shoes with good tread

What are you paying for? Dirty Girl Adventures, LLC will organize the event, provide a guide, support on the trail and docent information throughout the event. We will monitor the weather and conditions to ensure that our event and participants are safe. Our knowledgeable and informed guide service includes a leading guide and a sweep guide during the hike. Trail support including: first aid, knowledge of the environment and locale, safety monitoring, pacing, interpretive information on the environment and location. In addition, you will get the opportunity to ride the Dirty Bus from your car to the starting location.

In case you are wondering about our refund policy – refunds are given up to two weeks before the date of the event when the refund is requested in an email directed to [email protected]. After that, there are no refunds. Dirty Girl Adventures may cancel an event due to weather or conditions. Everyone will receive a refund if that is the reason for the cancellation. We will paddle and hike in cool, rainy or snowy conditions. Cancellation only occurs in severe weather or other dangerous conditions.
