FOOL HEARTY: Wheel of Fortune
An arts pop-up exploring the human experience through Tarot.
In these wild times, it feels like we’re all riding the Wheel of Fortune. Or perhaps getting run over by it! But the Wheel of Fortune archetype is here to help us navigate colossal change.
In this interactive arts show, we’ll take a spin through the mysterious realm of the Wheel of Fortune — a card about fate, karma, and our ability to hold ourselves and one another amidst shifting realities. You’ll experience tarot as a wise teacher, brought to life through art, poetry, story, and song from an eclectic array of Austin artists.
You’ll leave with a full-body chills of inspiration, new friends, and the power that comes when we move as a community to respond to what’s in front of us – with magic and creativity as guides.
Join us on Sunday, September 28, at 4pm at Captain Quackenbush’s Coffeehouse for a wild spin with The Wheel of Fortune!
