Inspired by her grandfather’s journey to Ghana and her own Ghanaian heritage, she grew up surrounded by rich traditions and incredible flavours. After a life-changing experience, she chose to follow her dream of sharing Ghanaian cuisine with Australia, bringing the vibrant colours, bold spices, and soulful dishes of Ghana to a new home with her ready meals, spices and culinary events.
