Please join us as we are lead by a Nutrition Educator for a 6-week series of engaging nutrition classes for the FoodSmarts program.
Over the 6 weeks, the nutrition classes will cover topics such as setting SMART nutrition goals, identifying food groups, and sustaining a balanced diet. There will be several opportunities to learn some cooking skills and sample nutritious and tasty recipes!
