Join us for a lively and light-hearted conversation moderated by our friendly host while you delve into the world of food for a different perspective on this most vital of life’s pleasures.

Panelists:
Dr George Van Doorn (Food Psychology) George is interested in the way packaging and presentation affect our perceptions of food taste Kelsey Weight (Nutritionist) Kelsey’s focus is on the role our gut microbes play in general health and wellbeing.
Dr David Bean (Microbiology) David is into food additives of the natural kind ….. the good and the bad microbes that we deliberately add, or that contaminate our food and affect its flavour for better or worse.
Dr Lara Wakeling (Food Chemistry) Lara is fascinated by the chemical transformations that occur during food preparation and storage and how understanding and controlling them impact on food’s nutritional value.
