Chef Laurel is back for yet another yummy recipe this month! This month's recipe:
Shrimp Bowls w/ Scallion Vinaigrette: Quinoa, Broccoli, Large Shrimp, Fresh Ginger, Rice Vinegar, Plum Tomatoes, Avocado ( as long as they are available in May)
