We are setting up in a food truck for the first time! Our friends at SnoBiz in Lenoir City are letting us setup in their parking lot so you can come try our food! Where: SnoBiz in Lenoir City 1085 Old Hwy 95 minutes from downtown and 321
When: 9/13/25 starting at 11:00am until 3:00pm or sold out
Menu: Limited BBQ menu to test amounts needed to vend. Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, Ribs, Nachos, Baked beans, Potato Salad, Slaw, chips and limited drinks.
If first setup goes well we will expand menu more for further setups. If you’ve been wanting to try our food, here is your chance. We have gotten awesome feedback from catering events and can’t wait to see what you think of it.
