Learn the basics of canning, fermenting, dehydrating and freezing vegetables and herbs to extend your harvest from the summer through the cold winter months. You'll see what equipment is used, proper setup, sanitation and timing. There'll be samples to try and a basket raffle. The Workshop will take place in the classroom at the EAA Museum. There is free parking.
